Precision Contractors is a single-source residential and commercial contractor, with 50 years of combined construction experience. The company was founded in 2005, with the merger of two successful companies, H&H Partners and Phil Timm Construction. By combining the strengths of each company and their respective leaders, Precision Contractors positioned itself to meet and exceed the expectations of its clients.
The Principals
Bob Hibbard successfully owned and operated H&H Partners while preparing to retire from Jeppesen/Boeing after 28 years as a Senior Executive. He was responsible for creating and managing multiple large-scale businesses worldwide, working with more than 200 diverse professionals. He co-lead many complex projects at Jeppesen/Boeing with budgets in excess of $250M. Bob completed course work at CU Denver and the University of Southern California, receiving certification in Building High-Performance Teams, Effective Communications, Professional Management, Project Estimating and Project Management. He is also a licensed General Contractor in Colorado.
Phil Timm owned and successfully operated Phil Timm Construction from 1998 to 2005. Phil comes from a family of successful contractors, many of whom owned and operated their own construction companies, building custom homes and developing many of the residential properties across the Front Range. His comprehensive knowledge and experience in the construction life-cycle has helped him to deliver several high-end construction projects in excess of $3M. Phil is well known and respected by his peers, partners and subcontractors in the industry.
Ken Wilemon has also teamed up with Precision Contractors, bringing 30 years of experience in all phases of construction. He has successfully architected, engineered, consulted and supervised multiple residential and commercial projects, from small room additions to 100,000 sq. ft. commercial buildings. He is highly proficient in creating architectural and structural engineered drawings. Ken has a degree in Architectural Technology, and is a certified Estimator and licensed General Contractor.
