Each project is unique, but most follow the outline below. By spending a little extra time in the planning stages, we're able to identify potential problems before they arise and keep them from adversely affecting the outcome.

Our Process

  1. We meet with you (the client) to review the project, clearly understand your expected deliverables, timeline and budget.
  2. We follow up with team members assigned to the project or bring the right resources on board to further define the project scope.
  3. We work closely with the project team (architects, designers, engineers, and tradesmen) to finalize the project scope and specifications.
  4. We create a detailed proposal, resulting in a project budget and approximate timeline. We review the proposal with you, make necessary adjustments and obtain your approval.
  5. We explain change management, status updates, and project communication. We answer any questions you may have before collecting a deposit to start the scheduling process.
  6. We then create and deliver a detailed project schedule to you with defined tasking, resources and timelines. We review together, make necessary adjustments and obtain your approval.
  7. We assign a Project Manager and initiate the project accordingly.
  8. From start to finish, we work closely with you to keep our commitments and proactively address any issues, before they become problems.
  9. Your project is complete and successful when you are satisfied with our work.
  10. We will maintain communication with you and follow up as required.
